INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can organic chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can organic chick peas with the faba (juice in can)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a food processor, or high speed blender, mix all ingredients to desired consistency.
  2. Taste and add seasoning to your liking.
  3. Serve with veggies or spread in wrap
  4. Enjoy!
