- 1 can organic chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can organic chick peas with the faba (juice in can)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Using a food processor, or high speed blender, mix all ingredients to desired consistency.
- Taste and add seasoning to your liking.
- Serve with veggies or spread in wrap
